Patrons of all ages are invited to participate in the branch's mini-Christmas tree decorating contest.
To participate in the contest, patrons should pick up a tree and registration form for the contest November 7 - 21. Bring your decorated tree and completed registration form to the branch before December 5. Voting will take place December 5 through December 19 while the trees are on display. Prizes will be awarded for the trees with the most votes in each category. Trees can be picked up starting December 20.
Here are the contest rules: Trees will be available on a first come, first served basis; entries are limited to one tree per family; participants may decorate the trees any way they like, showing their version of the Christmas spirit; no offensive decorations will be allowed; and no electricity will be provided for the display, so only battery operated lights should be used.
